Giulio Ferrari from the Ferrari house is a Trento DOC with an elegant, measured profile. It has fine perlage and clarity, with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes, accompanied by a mineral component and fresh acidity. On the palate there is a balance between softness and vivacity, with a slender body and a clean, pleasant finish.
It suits aperitifs and also accompanies seafood starters, crustaceans, fish dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve cold but not iced, around 6-8 C, in tulip glasses that concentrate the aromas.
