An 11 year old Speyside single malt from Inchgower, bottled by Tri Carragh at a cask strength of 50.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, from an outturn of 106 bottles.
The whisky was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026, and comes from a single first fill bourbon barrel.
The nose is fresh and coastal, with vanilla, lemon zest and green apple over honeycomb and a faint salty edge. The palate is creamy, with vanilla fudge, orchard fruits, shortbread and a slightly briny note. The finish is medium to long, with vanilla pod, peppery oak and citrus peel.
