A 16 year old Islay single malt from Tri Carragh, made at Bruichladdich Distillery under the Lochindaal name, a medium-peated style. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 from a single first fill bourbon barrel, giving 215 bottles at a cask strength of 57.8%. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers sweet beach-bonfire smoke with citrus, and hints of chocolate and caramel once water is added. On the palate, apricot, orange and lemon sit alongside light malt, sea salt and peat, while water brings a creamier texture with pepper and cinnamon. The finish is very long.
