Tri Carragh bottled this 14 year old Speyside single malt at a cask strength of 55.6%, in a 70cl bottle. It is natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The whisky was distilled in 2008 and matured in a single sherry hogshead until it was bottled in 2023, producing 305 bottles.
The nose opens with blackberries, redcurrants and fruit pastilles, with tropical fruit coming through behind. A little water brings out warm buttered croissant with raspberry jam. On the palate the fruit carries on, joined by slight tannins.
