This is a 12-year-old single malt from Tamnavulin in Speyside, bottled by Tri Carragh. It is bottled in a 70cl bottle at a cask strength of 56.8% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration.
The spirit was distilled in August 2011 and bottled in 2024. It was finished for nine months in a first-fill PX sherry hogshead, and the outturn was 314 bottles.
The nose combines chocolate ganache with citrus fruit and floral notes. On the palate there are tannins, peppery spice and hints of orange zest, and with water it turns creamier and sweeter.
