This Teaninich was distilled in 2013 and aged for twelve years in a first fill Cheval Blanc wine barrique before Tri Carragh bottled it in 2025. It is a Highland single malt at a cask strength of 54.6%, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The outturn was 280 bottles, each of 70cl.
The nose is fresh and floral, with green grapes, white gooseberries and the zesty air of a lemon grove. The palate begins fresh, then moves to savoury notes of lemon cheesecake with a slight tartness and a little tannin. With water, it brings out green notes and sweetness like sliced watermelon. The finish is smooth and medium, with tinned fruit flavours.
