Tullamore D.E.W. is a triple distilled Irish blend that combines pot still, malt and grain whiskeys. It has been made in Ireland since 1829, and this expression is matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is light citrus, green apple and vanilla, with a subtle grain sweetness. On the palate are smooth caramel, toasted wood, light spice and hints of dried fruit. The finish is clean and mellow, slightly sweet, with soft oak.
