Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey (175cl)

Tullamore Dew is a blended Irish whiskey, here in a 1.75 litre bottle. It is triple distilled and aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. Grain whiskey in the blend brings a floral, biscuit character, while the pot still whiskey adds soft spice. Malt supports the citrus note, and the sherry and bourbon casks contribute nutty, marzipan and vanilla tones. The nose is light and sweet, with citrus, green apple and vanilla. On the palate, fresh fruit gives way to a light spiciness, toasted wood and vanilla sweetness, before an almost buttery, mellow finish.
