Tullamore Dew is an Irish whisky in a 75cl bottle. It is triple distilled, and its barley is dried in enclosed kilns rather than over smoky fires. It is aged in oak casks and has a medium amber gold colour.
The nose is mild, with spicy, lemony and malty notes over charred wood and vanilla. The palate is warming, with a pleasant maltiness and hints of toasted wood and vanilla. The finish is smooth and gentle.
