Tullibardine 500 Sherry Finish is a Highland single malt released in 2013, in a 70cl bottle. The malty whisky was finished for 12 months in 500-litre sherry butts.
The nose is spiced and aromatic, with dark brown sugar and toffee apples. On the palate there is cooked fruit, cinnamon and manuka honey, with dates and hints of allspice. The finish is long and creamy, with butterscotch and ground almonds. Overall it is thick and creamy, with a spiced, chocolatey edge.
