A light sparkling white from Turá, with a bouquet of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, without excess. The nose is fresh, with citrus notes and an herbaceous accent that makes it pleasant and sincere; on the palate it keeps a slender development, supported by balanced acidity and sapidity that give drinkability. The structure is light-bodied, with a fine, discreet effervescence that livens the sip without overpowering the more delicate sensations. The sip is smooth, with fruity returns and a persistence that invites a second glass; the fine, discreet bubble livens the finish, making it suited to informal occasions. It is perfect as an aperitif and pairs naturally with seafood starters, light raw dishes, fried fish and fresh cheeses, best appreciated served cold, around 6-8 °C.
