Bittersweet Symphony is a blended Scotch whisky from Turntable, a label created by the brothers Gordon and Ally Stevenson. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The name nods to the song by The Verve, and the whisky is built around the balance between bitter and sweet. On the nose there are baked apples, dried fruit and faint cinnamon with dark chocolate. The palate brings crème brûlée, dark chocolate, nutmeg and ginger, and the finish is warm with spice, dark chocolate and espresso.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
