Turntable Collaboration #2 is a blend from Turntable Blending House that pairs Dingle single pot still whiskey with Scotch whisky. Bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle, it is built around the spiciness of the Dingle component, which was matured in Oloroso casks.
Dingle single pot still makes up 41% of the blend, in Oloroso hogsheads. The Scotch side is 29% Balmenach from first-fill Pedro Ximénez puncheons, 12% Blair Athol from first-fill rye barrels and 18% Loch Lomond grain whisky from first-fill bourbon barrels.
