Smokin' Riff is the peated expression in the Turntable range, a blended whisky from a brand founded in Glasgow by two brothers. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The blend combines single malts and single grain from several distilleries: 32% Caol Ila and 9% Knockdhu from virgin oak barrels, 21% Teaninich and 24% Benrinnes from PX puncheons, and 14% North British from virgin oak.
It is described as a bold solo of bonfire smoke, set against caramel, pears, raisins and cinnamon.
