Two Stacks Double Barrel is a single grain Irish whiskey in a 700ml bottle.
It is matured in two kinds of cask, Oloroso sherry and bourbon, which gives a light, floral grain whiskey with sherry richness alongside it.
The nose is light and floral, with baked pear, sweet almond, citrus zest and a little vanilla. On the palate come delicate orange sweetness, Oloroso sherry, honeyed grain and gentle spice. The finish is of medium length, with lingering almond and citrus.
