Two Stacks The First Cut is an Irish whiskey from Two Stacks, a brand founded in 2020 by Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan and Donal McLynn. The founders also run an importer and distributor in Ireland. Two Stacks builds its blends from single grain, single malt and pot still style whiskeys, and it usually bottles at natural cask strength. The brand takes its inspiration from the lost tradition of bottlers and blenders across Ireland. In 2022 it opened Ireland's only independent bottling and blending facilities, in Northern Ireland.
