TX Straight Bourbon is a bourbon from TX Whiskey, made with yellow dent Texas corn, Texas soft red winter wheat and 6-row distillers malt, along with Texas water.
It is fermented with the distillery's own yeast strain, captured from a Texas pecan and named Brazos.
The first bourbon was barrelled in March 2012. After more than four years of ageing, the first batch was bottled in December 2016.
