A Franciacorta sparkling wine from Uberti, made by the traditional method with second fermentation in bottle. Extra Brut means very low residual sugar. It has a complex bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, floral notes and a light yeast note from at least 36 months on the lees. Pale gold with fine, persistent bubbles, it is fresh and structured, with a long finish recalling bread crust and fresh fruit. Ideal as an aperitif or with raw fish, light starters and seafood.
