Uka Ceruja is a red wine from the Uka winery. It has a bright, enveloping colour and a complex nose of cherry and raspberry with subtle spice. The palate is velvety and well balanced, with soft tannins and lively acidity. Flavours are intense and persistent, with ripe red fruit, liquorice and vanilla from oak ageing. It suits roast meats, stews and aged cheeses.
