Umeshu Extra Shiso Rosso (70cl)

A Japanese liqueur made from ume, the green plums of Japan, infused in a high-quality distillate and combined with red shiso leaves. The shiso gives a vibrant herbal note and an intense ruby colour. The profile balances the natural sweetness of ume with the fresh, slightly mentholated acidity of shiso. On the palate there are fruity notes with a slightly tannic finish from the shiso leaves. It can be enjoyed as a digestif or in cocktails.
