It was aged for over four years in a 53-gallon standard bourbon barrel with a 3.5 char and is bottled at 50% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla and a touch of toasted grains. The palate has warm oak, sweet corn and a hint of spice.
