An 11 year old Aberlour single malt from Speyside, released as Ace of Speys by Uncharted Whisky Company, founded by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. It was distilled in 2014, matured in two Spinola sherry barriques and bottled in March 2026 at 55% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose brings pear drops, dried mango, pineapple, butterscotch and oak, with a little dry note. On the palate are baked apple, brown sugar, dried mango again, pineapple juice and plenty of wood spice. The finish moves from tropical fruits to butterscotch, then woody spices and warmth.
