A 7 year old heavily peated Islay single malt from Bunnahabhain, bottled by the Uncharted Whisky Company, founded by Jack Breslin and Dana de Vos. It was distilled in 2019, matured fully in first fill red wine barriques and bottled in March 2026.
The strength is 55% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration, and the outturn is 644 bottles.
The nose is sweet peat with pavlova, powdered sugar and coastal air. The palate brings peat, malt, pavlova, summer berries and salt. The finish is long, with sweet oak, smoke that mellows without disappearing, berries and meringue.
