Uncle Nearest – Single Barrel Premium Whiskey (75cl, 59.2%)

A single barrel bourbon distilled, aged and bottled in Middle Tennessee, bottled at barrel strength with no water added. It honours Nearest Green, the master distiller who taught Jack Daniel, and is filtered three times. The tasting notes describe a robust but smooth character with caramel, vanilla and oak. A deep warmth on the palate is balanced by subtle fruity undertones, and the richness of the oak combines with the sweetness of the corn into a rounded flavour that lingers on the finish.
