Uncle Nearest Straight Rye Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 100 per cent rye. It is matured in used Uncle Nearest barrels and bottled at 100 proof.
The nose is bold and rich, with praline, nutmeg and white pepper. On the palate come light vanilla cream, caramelised sugar and the spice that marks out rye, followed by a long, well-balanced finish.
