Underfundig Mjød Sparkling is a sparkling mead made from organic apple must and fermented Danish honey. It was created by brewmaster Annemarie Hartvig Jensen, who has refined the old Nordic mead into something closer to a wine.
It is sweet without being too sweet, and full without being heavy. Served well chilled, it makes an aperitif and also suits charcuterie, cheese or desserts.
