Ungava Gin (70cl)

A Canadian gin from the wilds of northern Quebec, with a bright yellow colour from locally gathered botanicals. It is made by an artisanal process that highlights the region's flora. The botanicals include wild Labrador juniper, Arctic tea, wild blueberries and Arctic rhubarb root, giving a distinctive aromatic profile with slightly sweet and pungent notes. On the palate it is surprisingly soft, with a slightly sweet entry, a lively juniper burst, citrus notes and subtle floral accents, finishing long, refreshing and clean. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice, and also works as a base for cocktails.
