Ungava Gin (1L)

A Canadian gin from Ungava, made with six native botanicals including local juniper, Arctic wild rosemary, blueberries and Arctic rhubarb root. Traditional distillation is combined with these botanicals to create fresh, slightly fruity flavours with a final herbal touch. Its vibrant yellow colour comes from an infusion of gentian petals under the northern midnight sun. Serve it in a classic gin and tonic or use it as the base for more sophisticated cocktails.
