UvaViva Italiana from Poli is a grappa produced by the historic Poli distillery, founded in 1898. It is made from selected grapes from Italian wine regions and distilled slowly to preserve delicate aromas. Clear and bright in the glass, it has a fruity nose with white grape and floral notes, plus light aromatic herbs. The palate is round and soft, balancing sweetness and acidity. Serve at 10-12°C as a digestif or in cocktails. Presented in a copper tube.
