Vaccari Sambuca is an Italian aniseed liqueur, launched in 1990 and named after Arturo Vaccari, the creator of Galliano.
Its soft, clean aniseed flavour comes from a distinctive distillation that uses a rare Chinese type of star anise. It is traditionally drunk neat with three coffee beans added for luck.
