Vajra Barolo DOCG Bricco delle Viole

A Barolo from the Bricco delle Viole vineyard. It has a recognisable structure suited to characterful dishes, with tannins integrated with acidity for balance and a gradual progression. The nose and palate suggest ripe red fruit, flowers and light spices, with slightly earthy returns and a persistent finish. Serve at a moderate temperature and, if preferred, decant briefly before serving. It is a bottle to share at table.
