A Langhe DOC Pinot Nero from Vajra. It shows an elegant, linear profile with small red fruits, fresh cherry and light floral notes, plus delicate undergrowth and a gentle spice. On the palate it is harmonious, with lively acidity and silky tannins supporting a slender structure, and a savoury, persistent finish with fruity returns. Serve at a moderate temperature. It suits white meats, delicate cured meats, mushrooms, medium-aged cheeses and well-balanced tomato dishes.
