Vajra Ravera Barolo DOCG

A Barolo DOCG from Vajra, made from Nebbiolo. It is clear and deeply ruby, with good visual concentration. The nose is complex but balanced, with ripe red fruit, floral hints and a spicy undertone. The palate is solid, with present but polished tannins supporting fresh acidity, and the finish is persistent, leaving a sense of harmony and finesse. It suits red meat, roasts, mushroom or aged cheese dishes, and can also accompany simpler preparations.
