Valdo Ice Blanc de Blancs

A sparkling wine made from different white grapes, with second fermentation and three months on the lees in autoclave. The result is a sparkling, easy-drinking wine, pale yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers green apple and yellow peach, followed by white flowers. The palate is slightly sweet, with vivid and satisfying freshness. It suits aperitifs as well as fruit desserts and dry pastries.
