Valdo Origine Fluo Vino Spumante Extra Dry

A sparkling wine from Valdo, made as a cuvée of selected white grapes grown in a predominantly flat area. After gentle pressing, the grapes ferment at controlled temperature, with Charmat-method ageing and a period of bottle maturation. It is pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The bouquet is fine and fruity, with green apple standing out. On the palate it is lively and persistent, with pleasant residual sweetness on the finish. It is versatile for aperitifs and light fish or white meat dishes. The bottle has a fluorescent label.
