This is an eight-year-old single malt from Ardmore in the Highlands, bottled by Valinch & Mallet as a single cask in a 750ml bottle.
Its colour is that of white wine.
The nose is mineral, with high-end marzipan, almond milk and hints of heather. On the palate, peat smoke, fruit and white pepper come together, with more heather and some sweet maltiness. The finish is long, balanced and a little waxy.
