This is a white Pineau des Charentes from Vallein Tercinier, a cognac house that has been working since 1850. It is labelled Vieux and bottled at 17% abv in a 75cl bottle.
The house is now led by Catherine Roudier-Tercinier and her nephew Stéphane Roudier. They draw on the experience of their forebears and on a large stock of casks built up over decades, the work of six generations devoted to cognac.
