Valpolicella Classico Tommasi (37.5cl)

A red wine from the Valpolicella area in Veneto, made mainly from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Traditional vinification preserves the character of the territory. It shows a bright ruby colour with intense aromas of cherry and red fruits, delicate spice and a pleasant almond note. On the palate it is harmonious and savoury, with a soft structure and a persistent finish. It suits white meats, cured meats and fresh cheeses, and is intended for early drinking.
