Valpolicella DOC Bolla (37.5cl)

A red wine from the Veneto, produced by Bolla. It has a vibrant ruby red colour and a bouquet of fresh cherries, sweet spices and a light floral note. In the mouth it is medium-light, with a balanced structure and pleasant freshness. Cherries and spices carry through, alongside soft tannins and delicate acidity, leading to a clean, persistent finish. It suits everyday meals such as pasta with ragù, roast chicken or medium-aged cheeses, served at about 16-18°C.
