Vat 69 is a blended Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, made from more than forty whiskies drawn from Scottish distilleries. The name comes from vat number 69, which the founder selected personally for its quality.
The nose is delicate, with malt, vanilla and dried fruit, followed by a light touch of smoke and spice. In the mouth it is warm and enveloping, and the finish is soft.
