Vecchia Romagna Riserva Tre Botti is an Italian brandy blended from fine wine distillates, the oldest of them aged for up to 10 and 15 years. It rests in three different types of cask: French oak barriques, large Slavonian oak casks, and tonneaux that previously held Italian red wine.
It follows the Metodo Vecchia Romagna, which combines continuous column and Charentais pot still distillation with slow ageing in oak and careful blending.
The nose has a rich bouquet. The palate is soft and balanced, with vanilla, honey and apricot jam.
