Vedrenne Eau-de-Vie de Framboise is a raspberry eau-de-vie from Burgundy, clear in the glass and bottled at 40% vol in a 70cl bottle.
The raspberries are picked at optimum ripeness and left to soften in casks for several weeks before they are distilled and bottled. Vedrenne has made liqueurs since 1923 from its base in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and prefers growers who farm their fruit organically.
Raspberry is unmistakable on both nose and palate. It can be drunk on its own or mixed in a cocktail.
