Velenosi Solestà Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore is a red wine from the Marche, made from Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes. It has an intense, bright red colour with dark ruby reflections. The nose shows ripe red fruits, spices, vanilla from barrique ageing, plum, blackberry and a hint of chocolate. On the palate it is full, round and balanced, with firm tannins and good ageing potential. The finish is persistent, with dark fruit and spice.
