Veltliner Alto Adige DOC Vigna Isarco Kofererhof (13.5%)

A Veltliner from Kofererhof, Alto Adige DOC, Vigna Isarco. It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows citrus, green apple and a light herbaceous vein, with delicate floral notes and a sense of minerality. On the palate it is slender, with lively acidity supporting the fruit and a clean, persistent finish; the structure is contained but harmonious. Serve fresh, in a wide glass, with delicate fish dishes, summer salads, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
