Vendemmia Tardiva Terre Siciliane IGP (50cl)

A late-harvest wine from Sicily, made from grapes picked when they had reached a high sugar concentration. It shows an intense golden colour, with aromas of dried fruit, honey, apricot, vanilla and sweet spices from wood ageing. On the palate it is balanced and not cloying, with good acidity that keeps it fresh and persistent. It suits desserts with dried fruit, dry pastries or blue cheeses, and can also be enjoyed as a meditation wine.
