Santa Barbara's Verdicchio di Jesi DOC Superiore Moss Blanc is a white wine with a straightforward, linear profile. It is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose brings green apple, citron, white flowers, a hint of bitter almond and a mineral trace. Medium-bodied, it has evident freshness and controlled sapidity and acidity. It suits light fish, shellfish, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses, and is best served around 10-12 C and enjoyed young.
