Verdicchio di Jesi DOCG Superiore Riserva Salmariano is a white wine from Marotti Campi. It is straw yellow with golden reflections, with aromas of citrus, white flowers, white-fleshed fruit, bitter almond and mineral notes. On the palate it is full and dry, with lively acidity, a savoury texture and an articulated structure; the finish is persistent with fruity returns and a slightly almond note. It pairs with structured fish dishes, crustaceans, white meats and semi-aged cheeses, and is served at 10-12 C.
