Verdicchio di Matelica DOCG Riserva Cambrugiano Belisario

A Riserva Verdicchio from the Matelica DOCG, produced by Belisario. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a fine, controlled aroma of white-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus and light floral notes, with almond and mineral undertones. The palate is savoury, with balanced acidity supporting a fuller structure than the basic versions and a persistent, clean finish. It pairs well with more structured seafood dishes, shellfish, fish preparations, delicate white meats and semi-aged cheeses. Serve at around 10-12 °C and open the bottle shortly before serving to let the aromas express themselves.
