Vermentino Cavagino Colli di Luni DOC Lunae

A fragrant and linear Vermentino from Lunae, made from the grape of the same name. It has a bright straw-yellow colour, with aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus and light herbaceous notes, plus a mineral trace. On the palate it shows freshness and good acidic tension, with a contained body and a persistence leaving fruity echoes and a pleasant savoury note. It suits fish, shellfish and seafood salads, as well as light pasta, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
