Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Costamolino" from Argiolas is a white wine from southern Sardinia. After gentle pressing, the must ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers citrus, white-fleshed fruit, green apple and pear, with floral notes and a delicate mineral vein. On the palate it is lively and fresh, with balanced acidity, soft texture and a long persistent finish with light sapidity.
